Large-Scale Storage Facility – Racecourse Road, Nanango
Steinhardts Building & Construction recently completed construction of a substantial 1200 square metre Class 8 storage shed at 3 Racecourse Road in Nanango. This commercial facility demonstrates our capability to handle large-scale shed projects from foundation to completion.
Complete Construction Service
“We handled everything on this job apart from the shed kit supply,” says Zac Steinhardt. Our team managed the entire construction process including site preparation, concrete slab work, and shed erection – providing clients with a single point of contact throughout the project.
Commercial Shed Specifications
What sets this storage facility apart from typical residential sheds is its impressive scale and functionality. The 1200 square metre building features three large sliding doors, each measuring 8 metres wide by 5 metres high, providing excellent access for commercial storage operations.
Project Timeline
“A job like this would take at least 6 months by the time you get the approval from council to getting the shed completed,” Zac explains. This timeline includes council approval processes, site preparation, concrete work, and shed construction – demonstrating the comprehensive planning required for commercial shed projects.
